Who are our instructors?
Our instructors are professionals in their fields and bring with them years of experience. This experience translates to a positive and interactive classroom that is inviting and inclusive for all students. Our instructors carry all of the required certifications as instructors in each course and lesson taught throughout the course.
Our instructors include: Firefighters, Paramedics, Police Officers, Physicians, Midwives, Business Professionals, and Professional Caregivers.
Where is the course held?
The delivery of this course follows a hybrid model. This means that there will be both online and in person sessions. The online portion is held on Udemy and will include about an hour of online work a week in between sessions. The in person sessions will be held one night a week for 3 hours.
Delivering these programs to our community is our greatest priority. In an effort to increase our reach and help as many individuals as possible, our classes travel based on need. Each course will be run in a specific region (communities that touch borders) while each session will be held in a different community public space.

What is the workload for the course?
There will be some online pre-work that needs to be completed before Session #1. After that, there will be a small amount of online work to be completed between each session.
What is Babysitting Basics?
These materials are created for those ages 11 and older. The material has been prepared to target all ages in between as the course is developed as interactive and inviting for all students. The new babysitter will learn how to provide care for infants and children, understand how to respond in emergency situations, how to entertain the children, and how to develop their business.
What is Advanced Child Care?
Developing the knowledge and skills to care for children and infants both inside and outside of the home. You will be exposed to leadership training, child behavior and discipline training, introduced to professionalism, safety, and basic childcare to name a few.
How are my certifications provided?
You will receive copies of each of your individual certifications including: Vital Line Certified Babysitter, American Heart Associations Heartsaver CPR/AED/First Aid, Stop the Bleed, and Red Cross Certified Basic Babysitter
What can I do with my certifications?
